Role Purpose

To coordinate the day-to-day campus operations and football academy operations, ensuring smooth functioning of logistics, procurement, scheduling, events, travel, infrastructure follow-up and academy coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily campus operations and administration.
  • Support football academy schedules, tournaments and logistics.
  • Manage procurement, stock and inventory.
  • Coordinate transport, accommodation and event logistics.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Support academic planning, timetables and assessment processes.
  • Assist in classroom observation and teacher feedback.
  • Support teacher development and pedagogy improvement.
  • Help track student learning, child progress and remedial support.
  • Coordinate academic records, examination systems and school-level academic follow-up.
  • Support integration of digital learning, coding and educational tools where relevant.
  • Support remedial learning programmes.
  • Collect, maintain and update academic data as required.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a committed educator with 2–5 years of experience in school education, teacher support, child development, learning programmes, or academic coordination.

  • Strong understanding of classroom practices and academic systems.
  • Excellent planning, communication and coordination skills.
  • Passion for improving teaching quality and student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research prospective foundations, CSR partners, and grant opportunities.
  • Support proposal writing and submission processes.
  • Coordinate donor reporting and documentation.
  • Maintain partnership and stakeholder databases.
  • Assist in impact storytelling and programme communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with partners.
  • Track proposal pipelines and partnership engagement opportunities.
  • Manage and update social media platforms and the MRIDA website.
  • Coordinate with programme teams to gather data, stories, and impact updates.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated professional with up to 2 years of experience in communications, CSR, partnerships, the development sector, research, or proposal writing.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Preferred
