- Online Volunteering: We are thrilled to introduce our youngest Friend of Mrida, Ojas. A 9th grade student from Bangalore’s Kumaran’s Academy, Ojas joined our online fundraising efforts in the last quarter as part of his school project. Despite his young age, he managed to raise 22,000 INR from his community while spreading the word about our organization. (His Donate Page).
- Offline Volunteering: We experienced a delightful coincidence this year: two volunteers from Italy joined us to contribute to our cause.
- Mattia Vinci: Mattia is a self-taught coder who embarked on a journey across India, starting in Ladakh and traveling southward to teach children in rural areas. He shared his expertise in mathematics, science, spoken English, and coding with our students at the Riverside Natural School. His refreshing Python sessions for coding enthusiasts were a huge hit. You can watch Mattia sharing his experience at Mrida here: YouTube link.
- Alessandro: Alessandro documented his volunteering experience at Mrida, offering a unique perspective on our work. To see Mrida through his eyes, check out his vlog: YouTube link.
