Build School for Tribal Children

Since 2016, we have been running our residential institution in rented buildings in Mohgaon block of Mandla district. We need permanent infrastructure, especially hostels and a football ground so children can develop their skill sets further and perform competitively across India and outside. Our current infrastructure is insufficient for our work – the football ground that is basically an agricultural field is too small since we have 120 children practicing in the morning and evening every day (5 hours/day). It is unusable during the monsoons and even in the winters, there is a lot of dust due to which children are unable to practice.
We are one of the finest grassroots academies in India with a defined plan for every child that we work with. This is evident from our results as our children have made it to professional football academies such as Mohun Bagan, Gokulam Kerala FC and Minerva for the first time in Madhya Pradesh. This is especially required in a region like this that lacks strong role models and suffers from low self-esteem. In the next 10 years, we hope to deepen our engagement in the tribal belts of eastern MP, and reach more than 10,000 children in the region through our work.
